…so your saying theres a chance.
There are a good reasons for this:
Inward opening doors pull air into the bathroom area and both contain the smells and germs, (the opposite is true for outward opening doors) but also bring additional fresh air in.
Doors that open outwards into hallways (where public access toilets are most commonly found) is a huge hazard to people passing the door.
Not to mention foot pulls and automatic door openers are becoming more common so you dont have to touch the handle as often.
Lots of newer public toilets (at least in australia) are designed with an s-bend entrance to eliminate doors completely (however require constant exhaust).
Toilets in commercial buildings often have ante-chambers where doors open both ways into the chamber so you have to touch a handle regardless of direction of travel. (Common in offices and hospitals)

The irony of getting advice to disable AI from HAL

Im impressed how far AI has come, it even knew he wouldnt wear an oxygen mask properly just like a covid chin diaper.

As a non-american, using a gun as your comparison object is just so bizarre (and unrelatable).

I was hoping for rhe same with my pixel 5 but at the start of the year it decided to turn itself into a spicy pillow.

There was a time where the next day at school/work after a big episode of a popular tv show was on and it was the talk of the day. Now theres much more shows to watch that whatever the network chooses to play, and its great getting reccomendations from friends & coworkers, but it also does suck a bit when im super excited about this show i have been watching and i want to talk about it, but the person im talking to hasnt heard of it/watched it yet, or they arent up to the same episode as you.
In Western Australia generally its 110 between towns/cities (most common ‘country driving’ speed), 100 for freeways in the city, 70 for most roads between suburbs and 50 for residential or built up areas.

Brb, shredding for my next holiday, hoping to book in featherweight class.
I get ya, what works for you is best, i used to put my phone in my shirt pocket a lot too but too many times i would lean over to do something/pick up something and then hear it hit the floor just as i straightened up.
Another trick i like is to wear those wired ‘ear bud’ style headphones that come with my phone and run the cord down my shirt along my back and into phone in pants pocket. The earbuds fit under ear muffs and dont dangle in front of me when using tools as they can only hang about 10cm in front of my face if they fall out, and to answer a call i just squeeze the button on the cord and the mic seems to pick me up fine for a quick call and keep working.

I expect even a budget phone to still work the same after 1 year.
I used to do this a lot while working around the house/garage but got one of those small “soda can” sized blutooth speakers and would reccomend, its not super loud but the sound is rounded out around the bottom end and i can keep my phone out of the way of whatever i am around (dirt/dust/glues/water).
