I do have a 3d game in mind, not hyper realistic but maybe a similar style as the recent Zelda games BotW/TotK especially when it comes to the character/animal models. Thank you so much, this is very helpful!

One of my cats started to give birth while next to me. I’ve been playing Dnd for several years now, so it’s kinda hard for me to determine what is common sense and what is just nerd knowledge ingrained into my head. But I think alot of stuff gets explained fairly well. Hope you have fun :D

No, as far as I know there are just some references to the older games. But to understand the story they are not necessary. A general knowledge about Dnd is helpful though.
