“The Petitions Committee does not have investigatory nor enforcement powers and it can only adopt non-binding recommendations. Nevertheless, it can be a good tool to draw political attention to specific matters.”

At most, it makes the parliament have to look at the proposal and decide if its worth looking into or not. It doesn’t force anything.

Does sound very odd. Any rough idea how big they are? Does it seem like there’s lots of smaller eggs inside or just one bigger sac?

Edit: Also are they low to the ground or high up?

Not an expert or too sure, but the bottom part almost looks like a fresh mud wasp nest. Does it dry hard? Maybe its sick or using poor materials to build with. Other than that never seen anything quiet like it.
