Honestly, since I’m not very techie and unable to donate (for now) my main contributions are simply regularly using open source software. I’ve switched a good portion of my daily online services to FOSS alternatives. It’s fun to find them and give them a shot.

My laptop has been discontinued by the manufacture for a couple years now and with support for Windows 10 ending, I wanted to increase the lifespan of my device so I looked into Linux. The lack of ads, bloat, and spyware are also major selling point to me.

I know that Trump isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. But, considering how obviously guilty he is of being on the Epstein files, why would he even push so hard for them to be released anyway? Does he really think that is he just insist that it’s the Democrats fault or something about Joe Biden sniffing a kids hair that people will ignore it?

We had a couple of brutal heat waves where I am this summer. It was like 35C but reached 43C+ with the humidity. It’s probably not super hot from where you might be, but it’s practically unheard of in my Canadian province. I couldn’t go anywhere without feeling like I was melting and I was covered in sweat it was so embarrassing! >_< Summer is my favourite time of year, I love going on long hikes regularly but the heat made it impossible.

I’ve only used Apple computer a handful of times, but there is a lot of elements to Pop!_OS that remind of Mac. Particularly the tiny loading circle your mouse creates after opening a window reminds me of the similar that used to come up on my elementary school old Macs.
