My company blocked ssh keys in favour of password + 2FA. Honestly I don’t mind the 2FA since we use yubikeys, but wouldn’t ssh key + 2FA be better?

On steam people know they have an option to sail the high seas. But the same concern is there.
I’m tech literate and use the command line daily. I enjoy how powerful it is but I also enjoy the ease of point and click on windows.
After a hard day coding at work I much prefer poking around windows than using a command line on Linux.

Yeah, free if you give us all your game and play history…
I had the original game and loved it. Initially hated it because it wasn’t what I was expecting, but since I paid so much I played it and got into it. Fun game.
I thought this was a new hip smiley I didn’t know about until I read the article :)
Everything over a certain amount should be taxed 100%. Not everything. But also there should be a substantial house tax on mansions. And a higher house tax if you own more than one property.
Yeah. Same here. It’s amazing how many people feel entitled to things for free.
Who is paying for it so?
Inverter + install + testing. It’s deep in the car so a lot has to come out (I was told).
I know, but in the past the independent dealers didn’t have to deal directly with BMW for fixes. Now with all the authentication needed you can’t just get a replacement part from anywhere any more. Similar to how Apple locked down its batteries, BMW is doing the same.
I’m never buying a BMW again. I had an electric i3 which had an inverter (charger) failure. BMW wanted €12k to fix it. Thankfully an independent offered to do it for 4K. But BMW still wanted 3K just to plug it in and authenticate the new block. Nothing else, just “bless” it. Made the fix cost-prohibitive so we just had to scrap the car. The battery, which most people fear, was fine on this 8 year old car.
We had an old pioneer sound system which had a big volume knob. You could turn it by hand but if you used the remote it would turn when you turned volume up and down. Possibly these are similar where they automatically tune and turn but allow for manual interaction in case of emergency.

I hope steam can fix big picture mode with nvidia. It’s sooo slow.
I was starting to think there was something wrong with my setup. Glad it wasn’t just me! Hopefully they’ll fix it. Better they be upfront and admit the mistake.
I tried Jellyfin but had many issues, then tried Emby and it worked first time. Since then I’ve purchased Emby so no point going back. The OP probably has an Emby license so no point changing to Jellyfin now.
Yep. All the headless automation broke…
