Microsoft is a US based company. They cannot legally make business with sanctioned entities. And since it’s not profitable for them - they just made a geoblock geoblock

“US sanctioned region” is russia. The developer team fully consist of russian citizens, some of them are still in russia.
Looks like we’re from a different galaxies, as I never seen oled display for PC in my eyes(I know they exist, but they are extremely rare where I am)

Feel myself a weirdo, because of the fact that windows 8 was my favorite windows version, and GNOME 3.38 is still my favorite DE, even though I’m on GNOME 43 right now.
