I think that’s just how Mastodon handles the federation with Lemmy, there’s not much users can do about it.
Not seeing paywall myself, clearing cookies and other site data might also help.
It’s a different colour, so it’s just what that user has set as their display name.

Maybe Lemmy should start adding NoAI meta tags to posts and comments like some other websites have started doing for images? Though I doubt it helps that much.

Forum users tend to prefer long-lasting discussions, which is not the case on Lemmy/Reddit, where threads are forgotten after a few days.

You don’t need to open their profile to block them, click the three dot menu in their posts/comments and there should be “Block user” option.
