I think they would increase their control over the politicans and law making system while more critical systems like taxation and police are outsourced. Like, collection corporations can buy the rights to collect taxes and police becomes private, protecting primarily corporations interests while regular people can buy some kind of protection package. We are just discardable tools to them so why would they care for people’s wellbeing beyond maybe not causing revolt due to too much suffering.

After i uninstalled chrome some time ago, i noticed it had been slowing down my entire system even when its not on. There is nothing of worth in using it or any other browser derived from it.

good thing i canceled my paypal account years ago and specificially told them to delete all information about me, not that i have much trust they obey the law if they can get away with it

they would just make ais tell stupid things how only way to solve global warming is to give even more money to them, why would same thing from ai be any different. Same reason we allow rich walk over us and kill our planet, its easier to just not do anything about it. Its also hard to do anything when you dont know what to do and have nowhere to turn to for support. Sadly its group effort and price of not doing anything is hell.

Thing about wordpad at least for me is that its just there if you need to make quick document that doesnt have to be as specificially made as you need to use word, but still more nice looking than just using notepad. You also dont need word to read stuff made with it.
