Ah, I guess I read over the first bit to where you mentioned the rebrands, which didn’t include Safari.
To still add some useful information: all browsers on iOS are rebranded Safari, because Apple only permits their own browser engine.
(The EU ruling may change this, however)

I have my USB’s disabled as well, but I was talking averages here.
Why need Wake on LAN when basically any USB input device can take your computer out of sleep?

They do want people in their game, they just don’t want them to have any influence.
Compared to something like VSC, yeah JetBrains IDE’s take a while to boot up. But if the alternative is Visual Studio, they’re amazingly smooth.
Big names attract followers, whether you like it or not. A certain name being on a certain platform may be the deciding factor for a hundred others. So it becoming easier to post everywhere, giving others more choice, is a good thing.
