Some of the most shocking incidents documented by Mordechai include a Palestinian woman with a child being shot while waving a white flag, starving girls being crushed to death while queuing for bread, a handcuffed 62-year-old Palestinian man getting run over by an Israeli tank and an air strike targeting people trying to help a wounded boy.
Mordechai’s compendium details the killing of children by Israeli soldiers, the murder of entire families, the starvation and shooting of civilians, tanks running over prisoners and corpses, and much more.
Footnote 354 of the document shows footage of Palestinians being shot by Israeli forces while raising a white flag. The video footage, first published by Middle East Eye, shows many people waving white flags while apparently evacuating their homes. A woman with a small child is shot dead by an Israeli sniper, with the child managing to escape.
Of the tens of thousands of people killed in the war, Mordechai includes in the document the death of four premature babies after Israeli forces decided to evacuate the hospital they were in. A nurse looking after five babies was forced to choose the strongest one, which was allowed to survive.
Israeli soldiers are photographed holding stacks of money they plundered from Palestinian homes in Gaza and an Israeli army bulldozer is seen destroying a large pile of food packages from a humanitarian aid agency.
“I have no problem with women. One threw a slipper at me, so I gave her a kick here (pointing to the groin), broke all this here. She can’t have children today.”
“X shot an Arab four times in the back and got away with a self-defense claim. Four bullets in the back from a distance of ten meters … cold-blooded murder. We did things like that every day.”
“An Arab just walked down the street, about 25 years old, didn’t throw a stone, nothing. Bang, a bullet in the stomach. Shot him in the stomach, and he was dying on the sidewalk, and we drove away indifferently.”
“A new commander came to us. We went out with him on the first patrol at six in the morning. He stops. There’s not a soul in the streets, just a little 4-year-old boy playing in the sand in his yard. The commander suddenly starts running, grabs the boy, and breaks his arm at the elbow and his leg here. Stepped on his stomach three times and left. We all stood there with our mouths open. Looking at him in shock … I asked the commander: “What’s your story?” He told me: These kids need to be killed from the day they are born. When a commander does that, it becomes legit.”
Thank you, I will read through the original report, which I think is very interesting, and the cases of this are damning. I will look into it whether the perpetrators in at least the majority cases are punished. Either way, Israel and its government currently are terrible and I hope Bibi gets kicked out asap. (This still doesn’t mean I support Hamas, or want Israel / Jews / Zionists whatever is the current trend term to be killed).
I do not think yet it changes my mind (the numbers just don’t agree – 60-80% of Palestinian infrastructure has been damaged, and yet we see <3% of casualties in total population (which also usually doesn’t distinguish Hamas militants and civilians), so if the killing of Palestinians was indiscriminate, Israel should have been able to do “a much better job”.
However, thanks for engaging in a reasonable discussion, this is much better than the name calling one usually gets for even attempting to talk about it.
Yeah, because you deliberately wiped out Gaza healthcare infrastructure to stop the accurate counting of the dead: that’s why you’re using a number that’s been basically frozen for almost a year despite it being obviously bullshit, and attempts to estimate the actual death count put it at a quarter million six months ago.
You’ve got more fucking tears for two fucking IDF soldiers than the entire population of Gaza.

Also all the killing of journalists.
