I had to zoom in to see it was dual USB-C. I thought it was just about missing holes. The holes are optional and a thing for helping with manufacturing. Here is a 20 minute exhaustive video on the topic.

This is usb-c which means there’s no “backwards”, both sides work properly unlike micro usb.
Edit: if it was micro usb it would also rip out ports of whatever it plugs into. lol

They meant, plugging the USB C side in to the wall. The cable being the object being backwards.
Ahhhh, yeah, that makes sense.
The fact that’s even possible blows my mind because Australian plugs solved it. we’re all too drunk to be trusted with symmetrical plugs.
but lets be honest, a power point with a USB superposition will burn down your house 100% of the time.
What? In most of Europe the plugs are symmetric, and it doesn’t matter which way you plugin. I grew up without knowing there’s stupid systems around the world that do not work like that.
