I’m sorry I can’t keep track. Are the democrats and progressives for net neutrality or are they for removing dangerous misinformation and hateful non progressive ideas?
But with net neutrality it’s harder to remove sites like KiwiFarms. Like you can write to the hosts and make a stink but as we’ve seen in this example they can find ways to remain online or they can even conceivably host the site themselves.
But if ISPs can simply restrict access to hateful sites…
The Telecommunications Act of 1996 and ending the Fairness Doctrine were absolutely censorship of the center and left by the radical fascist right led by Reagan and Gingrich.

It’s ok, reading takes time and practice. Keep at it!

100% false, my dear Mr FUD
Do you really think ISPs will prioritize that over maximizing profit with “fast lanes”?
…then whoever defines “hateful” determines what the rest of us can view, and ISPs aren’t even held accountable when they do stupid shit now.
You literally don’t know what “Net Neutrality” means, and I don’t have the energy to explain it when you’re obviously not the type to listen.
Net Neutrality only applies to ISPs. Endpoints can do whatever they want.
Yeah, let’s censor anyone who isn’t on my team!
Sounds an awful lot like fascism to me.
