Such a difficult subject. I want the state to have the power to confiscate weapons from people suffering breakdowns, OTOH, I’ve had two exes weaponize (heh) the law against me. (In general, not a red flag law.) Now imagine the state itself going after liberal gun owners.
Honestly, it’s for the best. Don’t think for a second that Texas wouldn’t take weapons from those with “Trump derangement syndrome”
