I read another article that said ICE was in an unmarked vehicle ahead of him and then slammed on their breaks and he rear-ended them, despite trying to stop. It sounded like the ICE vehicle then continued to back into them. Despite the accident, they didn’t arrest him or anything at the scene. Then, they show up at his house a week later like this.
