I’ve woken up in some weird rooms… One was full of old dolls and mannequins… hundreds of them. Another was full of swords and knives and shit… at least 60, all over the walls, floor, dresser. Woke up in a cemetery once with a deer about 5" from my face sniffing at me or something.
It was in the middle of the day. I probably woke up there around 1pm. It was in a pretty nice area. There were some homeless people in the city, but I think they mostly stayed at a shelter, there wasn’t a lot of evidence of them sleeping on the streets.
Is it weird to miss waking up in different houses?
I don’t think so, those mornings seemed so hopeful somehow, like we might be able to go on having those nights and making those memories forever.

Yep. At least I was woken up by a deer instead of a cop.
I hear a lot of bums sleep in the cemetery. You’re lucky it wasn’t one of them.
