Per their affidavit, she admitted to investigators that she did have sexual intercourse with the 11-year-old boy at those aforementioned “play dates” at her home. She also allegedly copped to sending him nude photos.
But her story differed from the boy’s in several jaw-dropping ways. For one, she claimed to cops that the boy was actually the one to make the initial sexual advances towards her.

Even if true, to any sane person that would be an indication that he had been abused, not that he was some precocious sexual prodigy ahead of his time.

If he was, it still wouldn’t change anything. A teacher is in an inherent position of power over any student (and to some extent, any adult to any child). There can be no legitimate consent in this circumstance, even if they developed early, or even if they were postpubescent.
And even if none of that were the case, he is still too young to consent. Period.
