Non-doctors and, presumably, non-addicts with no real world experience of what addiction actually is.
i mean even among physicians, 3/4 of the doctors i’ve worked with know fuck all about addiction and of those about a few are humble enough to refer better educated physicians for relevant questions. it’s a specialized subject.
