New poll reveals Americans’ economic pessimism, sparking calls for Democrats to embrace populism. Forecasters warn US economy may be on the brink of recession.

    Is “economic populism” like what you do when the people want socialism but you can’t say or deliver it?

    Democratic pollster John Anzalone took stock of the poll in a post on X and said that it “shows how important it is for Dems to get a strong economic message” given that “70% of people said they believe the American dream no longer holds true.”

    Whenever you see the Democrats look at the current fascist hellhole and draw conclusions about messaging, you know they still aren’t sincerely working for the people.
