Doubt on both fronts there. They love political violence. They just don’t like it being done to them.
The Kirk funeral was full of people, including the President of the United States telling the crowd that they were under attack and needed to fight, many thinly veiled calls to violence (and one deafening white supremacy dog whistle about how “we” built this world, somehow including Ancient Rome in this “we”).
They love political violence, they just want to frame it as self defense.
