minus-squareMike D.@sh.itjust.workslinkfedilinkarrow-up2·4 months agoSee a doctor if you can afford it. I had bad carpal tunnel syndrome and went through therapy. I thought it returned but I actually had a bulging disc in my neck. Different PT and a few changes have helped greatly
