Frog from Chrono Trigger standing up against Nazis is an energy that I didn’t expect from this timeline

Not sure about Portland, but that would be all the excuse the cops need to arrest you in any major cities in Cali. It is illegal to open carry any blade longer than 6" in San Diego, and LA. Not sure about the wording elsewhere, but don’t take the chance.

I was once paintballing against a guy wearing one of those puffy down filled coats. The coat made him almost invulnerable because the paintballs wouldn’t break against them. They just bounced off. I have to think that an inflatable suit would work the same way with pepper balls. It’s goofy, but also a great tactical choice for multiple reasons.

Todd the Frog is quoted in the article saying it wasn’t as bad as you would imagine. I’m guessing it’s the gel type spray that sticks to your face, and not an aerosol that would spread through the suit. So his waistband got maced

Idk how you got down voted for that. I think it’s a good piece of information to share and adds to the conversation nicely.

People didn’t all do well on the critical reading section of all those standardized tests. I credit learning how to take them as part of why I can’t scan read, and often have to double check to make sure I read something right. It could also be all the weed

The fact that you’re willing to even be curious about whether you’re wrong puts you ahead of average on its own I bet.

You could always wear a respirator inside the suit. I have also been thinking of a way to upgrade the fan mechanism so you could add a layer of air filter. Then the whole thing would basically be a hazmat suit.

A puffy jacket won’t protect your face. Case in point, check out what they did to the priest in Chicago last week.
