Amazon was the first to realize a “no questions asked” return policy was what customer’s required. Amazon was the first to realize that shipping times were holding other vendors back. AWS… ah never mind. That one’s too big for a lemmy post. So yeah, Bezos is a dumbfuck. 🙄
