That’s definitely a hyperbaric chamber.

That is what they use them for. So yes.
I guess you could use it for that too? And it’s not like it’s 100% guaranteed that it’s only an HBOT chamber, since I’d assume you could use it with just air instead of more-or-less pure oxygen
