      But I really hope what they did was show him interpretations of lyrics from his own songs and see if he could figure it out

    A bluesy, Southern Black American English, to be precise, which goes with the rock’n’roll idiom.

    Someone once suggested that this song was an inspiration on Janet Jackson’s “Rhythm Nation”, and once you see that, you can’t unsee it.
