If you can’t pay the plaintiff and court, then you’re an outlaw and may be shot. There would be multiple courts, some of which overlap and conflict.
So what would Anarcho-Capitalism ball’s reponse be to that?
It’s not expensive if you make them work to pay for their room and board.
