The shower+tub thing is novel in australia, we have pretty much exclusively seperate baths & showers and having both seems like its for a space/budget reason.
It also felt like a major slip hazard stepping in and out of bathtub-showers when i visited the U.S a while back.
I literally never understood the appeal of urinals. Its less sanitary and literally a bathroom fixture that physically can’t be used by many people. Just sit to pee, its nicer and cleaner
I think it is solved by having a urinal be standard in a home bathroom. People like having a shower and a separate tub. Same.

I’ve seen hotels with these, they had a separate bidet in there too.
