He got elected by pretending to be center-left. Even now, people consider that he’s a moderate right.
He hires full-on far right extremists that lead a party of nazis, and passes them as moderate.
He plays the card of the enlightened centrist to make it seem like the far right is a better alternative than the moderate left.
He is doing something that Le Pen couldn’t ever do: make the far right look like a reasonable, moderate party, while completely discrediting the left in its entirety.
Macron is paving the way for something much worse than Trump.
