      They’ll be as baffled as past historians were that most people didn’t learn much from the gilded age, the East India Company, imperial monarchies, Roman manorialism, etc. etc.

    The one biggest thing I’ve noticed is how little reporting there is on the war this time, which says something in and of itself.

    When the two Iraq wars were going on there was daily briefing of just how much “ass kicking” there was with pictures, theme songs, logos, and daily counts of units destroyed.

    Yet the state news, err, Fox, CNN and CBS are feeling oddly quiet or just reporting similar small stories here and there

      Is how little reporting there is on the war

      They threatened any company that reports bad news about it, and there is no good news propaganda opportunities to bring up.
