I’m just throwing this out into the ether because it’s been bugging me, I’m not at all thrilled or excited about this Artemis 2 launch. Everything I’ve heard or read about this mission is beyond stupidity and red flags galore. I hope everything goes smoothly and the astronauts stay safe but I’ve got so many bad feelings about how this is going down and it gives me “Challenger” X “Apollo 13” disaster vibes written all over it. This feels like nothing but a publicity stunt and if anything happens we will later hear about all the people behind the scenes who wanted to pump the breaks on this for so many reasons.
I agree 100% my fellow astronauts, I hope things go well. I won’t be watching because of the stupid Orange asshole who is forcing you to go sit on a big pile of hydrogen and oxygen.
