Kinda. My landlord prohibits it as it’s federally illegal despite being state legal for most Americans and federally unenforced. It also is a serious issue if you work in certain jobs that are sufficiently federally regulated like aviation.
But yeah Carlson just seems the type to skip over pot and go straight to powder coke before settling on a cocktail of amphetamines, sedatives, and the occasional opiate to relax.
Hemp is federally legal and they include thca in that, so you can order online and have it shipped to you in almost all states. There’s a handful that have specifically outlawed it.

At the federal level, most states have some sort of medical loophole if they aren’t a state woth recreational.
