    Is it a crime? I feel like breeding dogs and cats should require a license or permit that you can lose for irresponsible breeding. If nothing else, it’s annoying that it technically isn’t called a copycat crime.

      I believe that it should absolutely require a license that can be revoked for unethical or irresponsible practices. But we can’t have cause capitalism.

        So, it would have been regulated under fascism? Communism? Manorialism?

        It’s more that democracy is weak, and the rich and powerful are no longer scared of guillotines.
