    Edit: Or host a rogue instance that would spam thousands of up votes.

      If someone were to create a malicious instance spamming downvotes, would every instance need to individually block it?

        A few of the main instances are subscribed to Fediseer lists, probably wouldn’t take long for a rogue instance like that to be defederated lol
