If you have paid attention to the anatomy this seems like a body scan from the front (I don’t know if they stack multiple layers though) which could be a more reasonable argument against those white blobs being at the back of the skull. In that case it seems the body is tucking some extra fat around your eye sockets (which is a part of the skull lol)
