Since no one else has mentioned this you can see a major difference in the knees. The meniscus is tough cartilage shock absorber that sits between the femur and the tibia. The woman on the left appears to have compacted them on both sides judging from the narrow gap. The woman on the right has a larger gap indicating good cushioning. I expect left to have knee pain.
