A 26-year-old man climbed on a hospital roof dressed as a 'crow' which resembles a Grim Reaper outfit, as he flaunted a long knife has now been fined for his nuisance behaviour

Mate, he didn’t have his nuisance license. As punishment he will now be forced to observe the 3pm tea alarm with a glass of luke warm water.
