It IS a sport, but unfortunately illegal.

I’m a hospital worker in Ohio. I’ve had plenty of positive tests. I’ve not admitted anyone for COVID in ~3 years.
It’s just not deadly anymore.
15 minutes is just reactionary spitballing to exaggerate.
Most of my previous “office work” was primarily back end development, and the approach tended to be hands off from my supervisor. So long as work was getting done in a timely fashion, my hours and daily schedule was up to me. I much preferred that approach as opposed to rigid hours and direct management. I suppose different strokes here.
One employee said they want to see new safety protocols in place … and is calling on Wells Fargo to do more.
How is this at all negligence on the company? How terrible would it be if company policy mandated 15 minute buddy check in system to prevent this? Are we just searching for someone to blame when there may be nobody to blame?
Seriously doubt it. Elective surgeries were likely cancelled, which could certainly prolong suffering for some, but life saving surgeries can absolutely happen and do without computers.
That’s the standard these days. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, ATLS are the ones I know of and all have ~8-12hr online course preceding a ~2-4hr in person course.
We had TPLO on our girl. Scheduled the consultation, then in between consultation and surgery the other ligament blew. So they did both legs at the same time. The cost was about $5-6k in total. First 1-2 weeks was rough because she couldn’t use half of her legs, and so would require being carried out and would balance on her front legs to pee. I’m hindsight, it was hilarious.
She’s just as rambunctious now as she was before tearing her ligaments, so it was absolutely the right choice.
Good that you’ve both found a way to feel superior to others
Completely unrelated, what are the privacy concerns from discord?
$47, for anyone curious what this discount is, and doesn’t have the original price memorized like me.
It’s an open world sandbox type game, loosely based on Norse mythology. Loosely as in barely relevant. Base building, exploration, combat, crafting are the key concepts. There are some grinding parts, but overall very enjoyable.
I would akin it to Rust, Ark, and those kinds of games. Palworld is similar, but the map is randomly generated so each person has a slightly different experience.
I do. I extend it beyond medicines as well. Corporations have spent lots of money for their brands to be household names. They don’t control my language.
Specifically to medicine, I will note that the generic name actually carries information that the brand name does nothing for. Lisinopril and enalopril are the same medication class, act similar. Amlodipine, nimodipine, nicardipene are all the same class. Those generic names have important meaning.
Oh, you want facial tissues? Why didn’t you ask?
Sure, here’s some acetaminophen and ibuprofen.
Don’t you mean bleach wipes?
Well worth it. I have 140 wonderful hours on it, solo and with friends. There have been several free updates since I bought it, and more free updates to come. To anyone on the fence about it, definitely worth it at that discount.
That someone was RIGHT!
Just watched that portion. When he scrolls down to “yes do as I say” you can literally see two lines above it stating it will remove desktop environment.
Outputs exist for a reason, folks.
Interestingly, he was silent for 3 weeks after being assigned to the bug, then came back to post his blog post and nothing else. I’ve seen this blog post a few times today, looks like his self promoting strategy is working.
I get that, but counterpoint is that you don’t have to react and reply to each message IMMEDIATELY. The time stamps show that the messages all were within 3 minutes of the start. If this even happened at all.
Maybe it’s because I’m old, but text messages don’t require an immediate reply. Take a breath and be patient.
I enjoyed watching that when it was first created! Any word of a 1080p for that one? I’d even take a release of the timestamps so that I could make the edit to my 1080p versions.
