    Sad that this is going to be lost in the noise over a dead fascist. I guess school shootings are a daily occurrence in the U.S., but far right media trolls rarely personally experience the consequences of their violent rhetoric.

      Kirk was an ardent opponent of gun control. Speaking after the 2023 mass shooting at the Christian Covenant School in Nashville, which killed six people including children, Kirk said that mass shooting deaths were unfortunately “worth it” to preserve Second Amendment rights in the US.
