The bigger issue in paw patrol is that the main character seems to be a billionaire type that uses his wealth to create and control his own public services (policing but also recycling, firefighting, construction, etc etc).

They paint hellinger as the evil rich man, which he is, but at least he’s government (mayor) and assumedly elected by his people.

Also the gist of every story is “let’s use these gas-powered vehicles and machines to solve every problem”.

So yeah, it’s very much billionaire apologia on top of the police boot-licking.
