    Stop trying to downplay the systemic issues in America. Trump is a symptom, once he dies these same issues that predates him will still exist.

    Shit no where was Trump even mentioned before you tried to pivot from the issue.

    I am not okay with this sort of liberal normalisation of suffering and injustice.

      Any analysis which sees the current moment as something new or a radical departure from the norm is doomed to fail.

      I hate to be the one to bring this to your attention, but Trump is in charge in America at the “current moment” and via a radical departure from the norm he’s supplemented historic (and ongoing) atrocities with something new.

      Pretending that Trump hasn’t exacerbated the problems in America will get us nowhere and recognizing the current social political reality is not liberal normalization of suffering and injustice.

      Your comment is a racist denial of all the progress that’s been made since the '60s and is being undone by Trump.

      And the other comment was entirely correct that pretending you weren’t talking about Trump just because you didn’t mention him by name is disingenuous bullshit.
