    I mean the people who have bought the Switch 2 knew beforehand that the prices are ridiculous. Nintendo will not ‘suddenly’ change their mind just because of new criticism. They now know, they can just push it through and their users will just pay it.

      And I knew prices would only rise. That’s why I bought the console day 1.

        I’m not sure why you are sharing that with me, personally. My comment was aimed at people who are complaining about the prices.

        If you knew about the prices, made the decision and are happy. My comment should not be meant for you. Not only that, the article (and my comment) was about the prices regarding the game and their upgrades. The Nintendo console itself was not mentioned (I wonder if you have read the article).

        Besides you purchasing the Switch 2 on day one, has no effect on the game prices. If there’s a new game for the Switch 2 and the price is high, you are still paying that high price regardless whether you purchased the console day one or not. Same situation with game upgrades.

        Not to mention; The Switch 2 will sooner or later get a sale and others will be able to purchase it for cheaper than the day one price. So again, you mentioning purchasing the console day one has no point.

    I haven’t bought a single switch 2 game other than the bundled one. I’m waiting for sales. I have lots of switch 1 stuff to play through until then.

    I’ve seen DK bananza 30% then 50% off in like october.

    Air Riders 30%, Pokémon ZA 40%, MK World 40%

    I picked up Prime 4 for 30% off.

    All physical

    There are deals to be had, for sure.
