I agree it’s not enough to cast judgement here, but it’s enough of an omission for me to wonder what happened before the video starts (what else has been left out), so I’m not comfortable making any judgements. Well, there’s the people on the plane right there who are advocating for her. I rather doubt they would be stepping up to her defense if she was being a complete asshole to the crew.
that plus the gate attendant. but still, the passenger reactions could be explained by them only starting to pay attention when she started to cry (and not whatever before) and we don’t really hear how the flight attendant appeared to exchange, so an unsure partial story
