I need some help to understand this
KYS is an acronym used by trolls/edgelords on 4chan and some other forums, meaning “Kill YourSelf”. Here it is used to mean “Know YourSelf”, and the authors are probably oblivious to the more common meaning

The presenter’s body language indicates he’s not there to provide ethical life advice. He’s doing some evangelical-style indoctrination to get money from these people is my guess
